I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Yokohama. the value for money was exceptional. Compared to other hotels in the area, this hotel's prices were very reasonable. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the well-appointed rooms to the excellent service provided by the staff, everything was done with care and precision. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. Situated across the street from a large mall and just a few minutes' walk from the Bashmichi subway station, it was convenient for exploring the city. Furthermore, being near an amusement park with a very large ferris wheel added an extra touch of fun to the location.
All was superb during my stay.

This hotel is located near an amusement park with a large ferris wheel, and is conveniently located near a subway station and cruise port. the rooms are clean, and some rooms have amazing views of the city. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet has many options to choose from. the hotel has a restaurant and bar on site, as well as a business center and vending machines for snacks and drinks.
The hotel does not have a non-smoking policy, so some guests may be affected by the smell in some rooms.

Convenient location next to famous attractions and train station. Amazing breakfast experience that catered to various guests' tastes. Fast and supportive 24-hour front desk staff.
Only two elevators to serve 13 floors, so long waits were common, especially during the busy New Year's period. Room was quite dark, and the bathroom had poor ventilation, which made the air stuffy and oppressive.

I loved the location of this hotel as it was close to the red warehouse and many parks, making it easy to explore this city. I also appreciated how accommodating the staff were by allowing me to request an early check-in and promptly arranging my room reservations. The room itself was clean, spacious and had a fantastic view. Lastly, the breakfast buffet bar was delicious and great value for money.
Nothing it was perfect.

The hotel had a great location, just a few blocks from the subway station. The night view from the high floors was amazing, and the rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast had a variety of options, both Japanese and Western, and there was a nice bar with tasty snacks. I had a pleasant Easter stay. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby parks and entertainment areas. The breakfast was a highlight, and the night view from the room made the stay memorable. However, the unstable WiFi was a downside.
The WiFi was unstable in the rooms, and I had to go to the lobby for a call. Also, some of the rooms smelled a bit like smoke, but the air conditioning system worked well.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
